Officials of the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency that have laid siege on the residence of businessman cum politician, Buruji Kashamu since Saturday have finally left.
The agency's men left around 8:00 pm on Thursday night. The Director ,Kashamu’s campaign organisation, Mr. Lekan Adekoya, confirmed the
development on phone.
“Yes. They have finally left. They left at 7.45pm.” He said.
Kashamu is due to be sworn in as a senator from Ogun state on Friday May 29th Democracy day in Nigeria.
