Pastor E. A. Adeboye, the GO of the Redeemed Christian Church of God was  all over the social media for advising men and women on the type of people they should not marry.

He said several things like men should not marry a woman that can't cook and can't pray for at least an hour and women should not get married to men who do not have jobs.

This generated a lot of controversy on social media yesterday.

Toke Makinwa, an OAP and a media person for short took to her twitter handle to support what Pastor Adeboye said.

Padded Budget, Padded change - Prof Okey Ndibe.

Professor Okey Ndibe, an associate Professor of English at Simon's Rock college in great barrington, has spoken concerning the situation in Nigeria.

Read what he said:
I have often argued that the Nigerian state is, at bottom, a criminal enterprise, organized to serve the interests of its most unconscionable criminals, often chaps who go by the pompous designation of political stakeholders. And, save for cosmetics and a higher hypocrisy quotient, there is little in today’s political environment to warrant a revision of my dour opening claim.
It is still their wont to serve themselves first, serve themselves next, and serve themselves last. They remain specialist profiteers from Nigerians’ collective misery.
On any given day, members of Nigeria’s state and national legislatures—whose chief mandate is to propose or pass laws—provide proof that their country is a lawless, ethics-free, anything-goes space.
The latest chapter of Nigeria’s absurd legislative drama is tied to what’s now known as “budget padding.” More than a week ago, Speaker Yakubu Dogara of the House of Representatives announced the removal of Abdulmumin Jibrin as the chairman of the appropriations committee. The erstwhile chairman was blamed for the illicit sneaking in of billions of naira into the 2016 budget. That shady and embarrassing affair, tagged padding, created a further fiasco in the 2016 budgetary process.
If Mr. Dogara thought he was going to have the last word, that the former appropriations man would shamble off to a corner and bow his head in a penitential act of shame, well, Mr. Jibrin either didn’t get the memo—or he was having none of it. Far from exhibiting contrition, Mr. Jibrin—like a reeling boxer bolstered by a sudden rush of adrenaline—went into a ferocious attack mode.
First, he dismissed the idea that he had been punitively removed. Instead, he had decided to step down for wholly personal reasons, he said, and after consultation with his family. And then he unleashed a flurry of counter-punches. In personal statements, tweets and releases by his law firm, he accused the speaker and three other major officers of the House of Representatives of conspiring to remove him because he had, in fact, resisted their pressure to illegally insert N40 billion into the budget for their personal benefit.
What followed was typical political flimflam. An official of the House stood by the speaker, excoriated Mr. Jibrin, and declared that fellow legislators would soon deal with him. The speaker demanded that the ex-chair of appropriations recant and retract the allegations he made, or face a lawsuit. Ever defiant, Mr. Jibrin reaffirmed his claims and told Nigerians that Mr. Dogara’s threat to hasten to court was a well-worn strategy for sweeping the scandal under the carpet. For—according to him—once the case is in court, where interminable adjournments are the rule of the game, the speaker and his cohorts could foreclose any further discussion simply by stating that the matter was sub judice.
If the late Afrobeat maestro, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, were around, he would have a pithy phrase for the entire odoriferous affair. Let’s just say, in the spirit of that musical genius who possessed an uncommon insight into the pathologies of Nigerian life, “yeye dey smell!”
Let’s pause for a simple test. I want you, dear reader, to name three bills passed by the National Assembly since 1999 that have uplifted Nigerians in a significant. Go ahead, take thirty minutes and think about it. Okay, exhale. Now, let’s do another test. Think of the various scandals that have shaken the National Assembly in sixteen years. Exhale again!
It is no secret any more: Nigerian legislators (it’s become a tacky cliché to call them legislooters) are some of the highest paid of their kind in the world. Yet, many “honorable” members hardly ever stand up to say “good morning” in the legislative chambers. Oh, forget about initiating or co-sponsoring a bill. In fact, many of Nigeria’s 109 senators and 360 representatives hardly bother to show up for work. Just go to youtube and watch a few videos of legislative sessions and see how scandalously sparse attendance is. Each year, Nigerians left raggedy by poverty, millions of them scrounging about on less than a dollar a day, richly reward state and federal legislators for work NOT done. We take food from the mouths of malnourished, dying infants to hand premium perks to some of this earth’s most indolent men and women.
Nigerian senators officially and flatteringly address themselves as Distinguished Senator This and That. Yet, many of them are incapable of asking a single serious question when screening ministerial nominees. It’s as if these senators are either nose-deprived or (as the Nigerian expression goes) can’t “hear” a smell, even one that’s rubbed against their noses. How many stinky nominees did these lawmakers look at and, asking nary a question, use that most facile phrase, “Take a bow and go!”
Often, Nigerian legislators, those at the National Assembly as well as their “junior” counterparts at the state level, are most vociferous in matters concerning money. And I mean money in their pockets. Some of the fiercest fights between governors and state assemblies have had cash at their core. And in the reckless pursuit of lucre, some legislatures have had no qualms invoking the threat of impeachment against an obstinate, tightfisted governor.
The brouhaha over budget padding has given Nigerians one more evidence of the raw deal they get from the misshapen bunch in Abuja and thirty-six state capitals who presume to run the country—but are specialists in serving their guts alone, ruining others’ lives in the process. In a telling interview, a member of the House, Lawal Gumau, disclosed that budget padding was a longstanding crime. Mr. Gumau said he arrived at the National Assembly in 2011 and has been fighting the blight of budget padding since 2012.
Here, then, is a memo to those who persist in the fiction that “change” touched down in Nigeria when the All Progressives Congress came to power in 2015: both Speaker Dogara and Representative Jibrin are APC members. At the very least, one of them is guilty of transporting a PDP-made malady into the APC dispensation. That’s why I long argued that both parties struck me as Siamese twins.
As I write, President Muhammadu Buhari has not deemed fit to voice one word of moral revulsion on the budget padding matter. Nor has Nigeria’s attorney general, Abubakar Malami, announced that his office had launched an investigation into the crime. It’s as if the matter of a grave crime, the unconscionable wastage of billions of naira of public funds in a country where millions are unemployed and hundreds of thousands of the employed are being owned salaries—it’s as if this grave crime is being treated as side entertainment.
So I ask: what has changed with change?
The whole scandal is an opportunity to rethink the structure and size of Nigeria’s machinery of governance. I’ve said before, and restate here: There’s no financial or political sense in having full-time legislators in Nigeria. In many states in the US, lawmakers are part-time, and merely receive sitting allowances if and when they meet to do the people’s business.
Nigerian labor unionists, students, peasants and professionals (who actually earn their keep) should insist that, a., the size of the House be significantly cut (I’d suggest, by half), and, b., that those who wish to make laws for us accept to do so on a part-time basis. Not only would we save ourselves a ton of money, we’re likely to attract savvier lawmakers—those who truly wish to do public service, rather than engage in primitive stuffing of outsized bellies.

Rescuers had not found the buses or any survivors hours after the single-lane bridge on the Mumbai-Goa highway collapsed about midnight Tuesday, said Devendra Fadnavis, Maharashtra state's chief minister.

Buhari sacks JAMB Registrar

In a statement released on Monday night, the Federal Government has announced that he is sacking 17 top ranking officials in the Ministry of Education. The said announcement was in a statement issued by the Deputy Director of Press and Public Relations in the Education Ministry, Ben Bem Goong.

The Registrar and Chief Executive of the Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board, Prof Dibu Ojerinde was relieved of his appointments alongside 16 others.

Prof Ishaq Oloyede has been named Registrar/Chief Executive of JAMB, while the National Institute of Nigerian Languages has Prof Chinyere Ohiri-Aniche as its CEO.
Ojerinde got into trouble because of the way he handled the ongoing 2016 admission into universities and other tertiary institutions. On Sunday, he withdrew the list of recommended candidates for admission earlier sent to universities and other tertiary institutions.
The announcement was contained in a statement by the spokesperson for JAMB, Dr. Fabian Benjamin.
According to him, the decision was to ensure that universities perform their statutory responsibility of selecting candidates and referring them to JAMB for confirmation.
This, JAMB stated, should be done in consonance with the admission criteria of merit, catchment area and educationally disadvantaged states as directed by the Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu, during the policy committee meeting.
Benjamin said the earlier list was sent to help fast-track the process of admission so as to allow other tiers of tertiary institutions conduct their admission for the 2016/2017 academic session. He further said that “Candidates should not panic because this is part of the process of the 2016 admission exercise. JAMB regrets any inconvenience this decision would have caused the tertiary institutions,”.
The new appointees are expected to report at the office of the Education Minister on Tuesday, August 02, 2016 by 12:00 noon for inauguration.

3 reasons why Toke Makinwa is fresher than you.........

So Toke Makinwa thinks she is fresher than all of us, no all of you.

Well, I saw this post right on Linda Ikeji's blog and decided to share it with y'all.

Toke Makinwa gives three reasons why she thinks she is fresher than all of you, minus me (LOLZ).

Y'all should read and let me know what you think.

Many of you will read this post and probably think, what is Toke feeling like now? I understand your pain. Heck if I wasn’t me, I would probably be jealous of me. But that’s okay. The really smart ones would read and learn a thing or two. Nobody is perfect in life but there is no reason why you cannot have the perfect skin free from dark spots, sunburns and scars. This fresh skin I have did not happen just like that.

First of all, I shirked the “suffering and smiling” mentality and took action. Rather than look at my skin as one of life’s imperfections, I searched and found Mecran; a simple, effective and all natural skincare solution that works for me.

Secondly, I have consistently stuck to my beauty routine and I have zero regrets about it. I have heard of some horrible skincare stories where a lady started using a particular product. For a few weeks, it worked. But overtime, her skin took on several shades and colours. None of which were appealing. Mecran stands out because it does NOT contain those toxic chemicals that help in damaging your skin rather than enhancing your natural glow.
Finally, I use a product that specifically addresses skin problems like old scars, dark spots and the odd sunburns. The latest Mecran product which is the dark spot remover polishes your skin leaving you spotless, flawless and fresh, just like me.

If you haven’t done any of the three things listed above, that would probably explain why I am

fresher than you. But the thing is, this can also be your story if you pick up your phone and place

your order today. Trust me, in 4-6weeks, you too can become the freshest kid on the block.

The Mecran dark spot remover will protect you from the darkening effects of the sun, with a solid SPF  60! Mecran is loaded with natural ingredients like Argan oil and Carrot oil that guarantee luminous and fair glowing skin!

In no time, your dark spots will clear out and your skin will be even and flawless again.

PDP Youths begs former Nigeria President to intervene in party crisis

In a statement released by the Youths of the People Democratic Party, they have implored the former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to intervene in the present crisis going on in the party.

The statement written by the National Leader of the People Democratic Party Nationa l Youth Frontier  expressed their dissatisfaction over the present state of the party and especially over the ruling delivered by the Court.

The statement read:
“The judiciary must not be a place were anyone runs into and hide his misdeed, it is now clear that Justice Okon Abang has turn his own arm of judiciary to be a rubber stamp for anyone who can afford the bid.
“We ask all concerned to wave into this judicial rascality exhibited by Justice Okon Abang before it eats deep into the marrows of our democracy. He is not only a threat to democracy but also a threat to human rights and stain to the bench.
“PDP is a family and each time it has internal misunderstanding, the said Justice Okon Abang dives in to set fire on a fresh wood. It is alarming how much interest he picks on matters that concerns the PDP.
“The manner and mode in which judgements are obtained from Justice Okon Abang is an abuse to constitutional rights, cases brought before him are not studied, neither are they carefully listened to. He gives judgement contradicting same judgement from court of the same competent jurisdiction, High court over ruling High court judgement, and to this we find it absurd for an arm as the one he controls finding solace in misinforming the people, it is very unfuturnate. He did the same thing in the Abia state governornorship election case that has placed the duo of Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu and Dr. Uchechukwu Ogah in a tight conner. “He is doing same is on this matter. We totally say no to this act of using his office to stain the country’s judiciary and making it a laughing stock.
“We therefore call on the National Judicial Council to as a matter of urgency remove Justice Okon Abang and further probe his ill judicial rascality and constitutional doctoratings to save our judiciary, as well as our democracy.”
“The PDP youths are as a matter of urgency, also calling on concerned advisory bodies like ex-President Goodluck Jonathan to come into this lingering matter and safe our party from the hands of scoundrels who seek to shortchange the party for their self interest.
“We plead with ex-President Goodluck Jonathan to please call the two factional heads, Ali Modu Sheriff and Ahmed Makarfi on a resolution table so that the party can further focus on its future.

Mr Ajibade writes an Ode to Prof. Somayina Nwoko (1930-2016)

Mr Ajibade writes an Ode to Prof. Somayina Nwoko (1930-2016) who died sometime last week.
GREAT men are often remembered not just by what they do but what they say. In death, their words resonate more loudly in somewhat mournful sobriety. So it is for Prof. Somayina Gabriel Nwoko, theIsogba of Idumuje-Ugboko who died last week at the age of 86.
His reflections on contemporary national issues portray a man with deep concern about the future of his country. Indeed, the lateNwoko, a professor of Agricultural Economics, was a man of many parts. He would be remembered as an entertainer, poet, politician and teacher. His patriotic fervor and desire for peace all bear testimonies of a man who has been described as a legend.
In one of his recent articles, he had reminisced thus: At independence, the flag proclaimed liberty. It proclaimed inheritable dreams of greatness. Nigeria was then nicknamed “giant of Africa”. Even when he was outside the country, in faraway University of California, United States of America where he lectured, he could not stop ruminating on the future of his country. “Today, the human rodents in the nation have attacked the giant from different angles,” he once wrote.
“Even though I was then a third year economics student in the University College Ibadan,” he said while recounting his experience at the nation’s Independence in 1960. ”I can recollect some of our hopes as recounted by Prof. Onitiri. We dreamt of consolidated unity, country wide market, an excellent network of transportation system, complementary products from areas with comparative advantages, cultural harmony, wide international markets with friendly nations, education for all, and for leadership, industrialisation with locally sourced raw materials with multiplier effects, locally brewed democracy and democratic institutions, excellent defense system, impeccable legal system and a lot more. These dreams and aspirations could not have turned our people into zombies only obeying orders without reasoning, and looting the national treasury without remorse. No, we are bound to reason; we are bound to disagree, we are bound to dialogue, we are bound to come to progressive consensus among states and zones as to ways, means and speed. According to Barack Obama, ‘These arguments we have are a mark of our liberty,’” he said.
Such was the subtlety with which Prof. Nwoko rapped boiling national discourse in his piece titled: “Flag Revolution” published in February 8, 2013. He believed in Nigeria’s unity, but his conviction on the sanctity of human freedom and liberty is even stronger. “It was liberty that forced Biafra to declare attempted secession,” he wrote. Adding:”It was liberty and leadership that forced General Gowon to declare in succession, clinical police action and then war of unity.  It was love that moves the All Highest to end the war.
“It was liberty that forced a group of Northern politicians to state their readiness to make Nigeria ungovernable under President Jonathan. It was liberty that forced some people to organise themselves into terrorist groups. It is liberty and leadership responsibility that will force Jonathan to adopt the most effective option that will end terrorism. But he has no liberty to surrender to the terrorists. He has no liberty to make terrorism a living part of Nigeria. He must follow the old track of greatness to achieve peace and harmony in Nigeria. Liberty is the cause of our problems. Liberty and leadership are the solutions to our problems.
In the words of the late professor of Agricultural Economics: “We are in search of a globally dominant high ground with constellation of excellences on which we can stand as elders, and beacon at our children. Most of what we see are neighbourhood lofty grounds which are crowded by ethnic and religious apologists and criminals at high places who have eyes for causes but are totally blind to the cause of causes. The causes of a problem provide ways to solve the problem. The cause of the causes makes a problem to solve itself. This knowledge belongs only to the Divinity and his messengers. But far, far beyond the neighbourhood heights, at a telescopic height, stands an inanimate, collectivised and idealised bridal authority, colourfully robed in immutable green, white and green. We can march there effortlessly in perpetuity with joy, peace, harmony in every step we take without tiredness. That was his challenge to Nigerians. Now he is no more. Gone for good, to the great beyond.”
Born in 1933 to the royal family of Nwoko in Idumuje-Ugboko, Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State. From being a pupil-teacher, he won a federal government scholarship to study at the University of London in 1958. He later bagged a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan in 1961. He later worked in the Federal Audit Department that year. He also studied and worked as Assistant Professor at University of California, USA. He retired as Agricultural Economics professor in 1974. On retirement in 1998 while on sabbatical, he was appointed to the Delta State University, Abraka where he continued on contract appointment until 2002. He is survived by two wives and many children and grand-children.

Arm Scandal. List of Generals to be probed over arms deal

Here are the names of the Leaders under investigation for the arms deal.

These 54 persons are to be investigated for their roles in the arms scandals that saw billions of dollars meant for the procurement of arms for the Nigerian military for the prosecution of  the war against Boko Haram diverted to private pockets.
Excerpts from the report given by Chairman of the Presidential Committee on the Audit of Defence Equipment Procurement in the Armed Forces reads;
“As an example, three contracts with a total value of N5,940,000,000.00 were awarded to DYI Global Services Ltd. and Doiyatec Comms Nigeria Limited (owned by the same individuals) for the procurement of military hardware including 20 units of KM-38 Twin Hull Boats and  six units of 4X4 Ambulances fitted with radios.
The committee found that the two companies collected N5,103,500,000.00, representing 86 per cent of the total value of the three contracts worth N5,940,000,000.00, but only performed to the tune of N2,992,183,705.31.
‘’In this regard, a review of the procurement carried out by Chok Ventures Ltd. and Integrated Equipment Services Ltd. established that between March 2011 and December 2013, the two companies exclusively procured various types of Toyota and Mitsubishi vehicles worth over N3bn for the Nigerian Army without any competitive bidding.
‘’Though the committee found no credible evidence of delivery of the vehicles, the vendors were fully paid based on job completion certificate authenticated by the then Chief of Logistics. Also, the analysis of the various bank accounts of the two companies showed transfers to individuals related to then Chief of Army Staff.”
The committee also found that a contract worth N169, 916,849.77 for the procurement of 53 Armoured Vehicles Spare Parts, with 90 days completion time, had yet to be completed five years after.
With respect to contracts awarded directly by the Nigerian Army, the Committee found that many of the contracts were characterised by lack of due process, in breach of extant procurement regulations and tainted by corrupt practices.

PDP begs Ooni of Ife on Omisore's behalf.

Members of the Peoples Democratic Party led by the Chairman of the party in Osun State, Mr. Soji Adagunodo had gone to visit the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi pleading on behalf of the former Deputy Governor of Osun State, Senator Iyiola Omisore.

Omisore who has allegedly not visited the Ooni since his enthronement, seven months ago is also having cases with the EFCC.

Adagunodo, who was in an opposing camp to Omisore’s had led some members of the party to the palace of Oba Ogunwusi and pleaded with the monarch to forgive Omisore and to also intervene in the Issue Omisore is having with the EFCC.

A close friend of Omisore, who is also the spokesperson for the party in the state, Mr. Diran Odeyemi, in a statement on Sunday said Adagunodo’s action was tantamount to a mockery and a pretence.

Odeyemi's statement reads:

“When EFCC came after Omisore, it is logical to assume that Adagunodo group will be happy that their “enemy” is now out of the scene and away from their sight.

“It is also likely that the open display of sympathy and latter-day affection may not be genuine. How can we explain the sudden love for a man you so much hate while in freedom? Their actions and utterances may be “Oju aye” (eye service.)”

“In their attempt to register the group as supportive of the man they despise, they started crying more than the bereaved, running around to nowhere and with no justifiable reasons for their actions and utterances.

“In Omisore’s case, they cannot be a good advocate to defend his course. It is bias and double standard. For Adagunodo, it is a dangerous game. Head or tail, his intention can never stand the test of absolute sincerity.

“Why going from pillar to post over a sensitive matter still under investigation? You can only plead when confronted with evidences of guilt not prior. This is why Adagunodo’s plea to the Ooni of Ife on behalf of Omisore is a strange strategy that can be viewed as a further attempt to nail Omisore by his enemy posing as his friend.

“One may also be right if you call it a “back door political coup” to dent Omisore’s image. It is a mockery visit for a bad mission under pretence.”

“Oba Ogunwusi was presented a veritable opportunity to stylishly vent out his subtle anger on Omisore. Kabiyesi in his wisdom complained of not being visited by Omisore. His prayer for Omisore is loaded and more or less sounded neutrality in his matter. It is normal and expected. Kabiyesi scored a good goal from a loose ball passed to him by Adagunodo’s group.”

Policeman shoots man to death for no valid reason

Graphic: White cop shoots another man to death during a traffic stop
.
.
Lavish Reynolds of #FalconHeights, Minnesota, used #Facebook's live stream feature to document cops pulling her over for a busted tail light. When asked for license and registration, her boyfriend, Philando Castile, 32, admitted that he had a weapon and informed officers that he was reaching for his license in his wallet.
.
.
As he was doing so, the officer shot him 4 times. A young child was also in the car at the time of the shooting. The video ended with the woman being put in handcuffs for unknown reasons. Then the stream eventually went black and ended after 10 minutes. According to the victim's mother, he died.

NASU and SSANU packaging misinformation.

Dr. Okowa, a resident in Ile-Ife has commented on the NASU, SSANU vs MANAGEMENT Saga going on in the Obafemi Awolowo University.

Read what he said here:-

One recurring decimal in the ongoing crisis at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, is the carefully packaged misinformation that the leaderships of the Non-Academic Staff of University (NASU) and Senior Staff Association of Nigeria Universities (SSANU), OAU subdivision, is assaulting and insulting the university community and the Nigerian public with. Erroneously thinking that their persistence with untruth will be taken as unassailable fact, the unions and their backers continue to foul the public space with disinformation.

The latest episode in that drama is the one staged at Osogbo on Monday by Prof. Akinola Adegbola Peter of the Department of Mathematics of OAU. At that totally gratuitous press conference, Prof. Adegbola claimed that lecturers in the university want the Visitor, President Muhammadu Buhari, to appoint an Acting Vice-Chancellor for the university. This don certainly has not, or has wrongly, read the provisions of the Universities (Miscellaneous Provisions)(Amendment) Act 2003, otherwise called the Universities Autonomy Act No. 1, 2007 and the Universities (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Act 2012. Had he read and understood those instruments, it would have been clear to him that the Visitor cannot appoint an Acting Vice-Chancellor at any time, much less when a substantive one is in place.

It is laughable and ridiculous to read the Professor asking the Visitor to deliberately violate the law and undo the result of ASUU’s many years of strenuous campaign for university autonomy in the name of finding solution to a matter that is very simple. To be sure, the members of OAU ASUU are united in their position that only their congress can take decisions on any issue. Whatever is done outside of this organ is entirely the action of the individuals concerned and not ASUU’s.

In that connection, Prof. Adegbola’s statement is not only self-serving but irrefutably anti-ASUU. His action negates the united position of ASUU.

For the avoidance of any dubitation, the position of the OAU ASUU Congress is that the Visitor should constitute an investigative panel to examine the process that produced Prof. Ayobami Salami as the Vice-Chancellor. The resolution of the Congress of Thursday June 30 shows clearly that ASUU’s Congress did not ask for an Acting Vice-Chancellor, for that would amount to destroying its own gains. And this conforms with the view of many lecturers on why the dissolution of the Governing Council by the Visitor is unlawful and indecent given that there is no investigation that reveals that that body is corrupt and abused its powers in the process that produced Prof. Salami as incorrectly whooped by SSANU and NASU chairmen.

The point must be noted that SSANU’s and NASU’s grouse remains unpaid allowances which they claim Prof. Omole’s administration did not pay them. Their unfounded paranoia is that Prof. Salami will treat them in the same manner like his predecessor. It is the reason they are disparaging the process that produced the current Vice-Chancellor, disguising their confused strike (actually they fool themselves that it is civil disobedience) as against the process that produced Prof. Salami and not about money. The sensible argument remains that if your grouse is against the process and not unpaid allowances and you have taken it to court, why not wait for the outcome of the case? Why the continual disturbance of the peace of the university? Why cause violence? Why result to self-help?

In all, the call by Prof. Adegbola and his NASU group  and SSANU is one informed by the urge to mislead the public and gain undue credit. The action of the Visitor in OAU is wrong and he cannot remove a substantive Vice-Chancellor. If the Visitor has not taken the claims of these groups as truth, let him set up a panel to investigate the Governing Council and the process that led to the emergence of Prof. Salami as the substantive Vice-Chancellor who the Federal Character Commission under the Presidency has given a letter of appointment through the OAU registrar on Tuesday June 21, 2016. That is the way of decent and civilised people.
