Armed robbers numbering about 12 attacked the Lekki Phase 1 branch of First City Monument Bank on Thursday carting away lots of money.
The armed robbers who arrived on a boat spent exactly 25 minutes for the operation which saw four people lose their lives.
The four people included three police escorts and a civilian. They were killed outside the bank as the robbers started firing on arrival. Nobody was killed in the bank as the bank officials and customers cooperated on leaning they were armed robbers.
