The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said on Tuesday that the it has distributed 940,000 Permanent Voters Card in Kogi State.
The state Resident Electoral Commissioner, Hussain Halilu Pai, said they have achieved 71 per cent distribution rate. He said a total of 1.3
million PVCs were received by the commission in the state, and that so far, 940,000 have been collected.
He said he hopes that before the
deadline, the remaining cards will be collected.
Pai urged people of the state to collect their cards, saying the commission has done enough sensitization.
