Just two days ago, the former President Olusegun Obasanjo wrote an 18 pages letter to President Buhari point out several issues facing the nation and calling for a Clarion call.
The members of the Executive came at him saying his letter was a distraction because he mentioned in the Letter that President Buhari should consider not contesting in 2019 and retire. Little did Nigerians know that the campaign had even begun.
During the Federal Executive Council Meeting held on Wednesday in Abuja, the Minister of Communications, Adebayo Shittu began to distribute the Muhammad Buhari's re-election materials. The Minister handed over the bags to the council’s secretariat staff members for distribution just before the meeting began.
The Minister also wore a cap with the inscription “Continuity ‘19: Muhammadu Buhari/Osinbajo on it.”
The meeting was presided over by the President Muhammad Buhari so there is no need saying that that he wasn't aware of it. If he really wasn't aware or it's too early then why was the Minister not cautioned.
