Suicide bomber dies in Yobe, injures 7

It has just been reported that a suicide bomber suspected to be a member of the Boko Haram terrorist group has died in an attempt to attack the College of Administrative and Business Studies in Potiskum, Yobe State.

The attack in the north-east Nigerian state also left seven persons injured.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, but Boko Haram terrorists have carried out series of similar attacks in the past in the volatile north-east region.

The injured persons have been taken to the hospital for treatment.
