Alhaji Adamu Mu'azu mocks Governor Fayose.

The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Adamu Mu’azu has mocked the governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose, insisting that his death wish advert on president-elect, Muhammadu Buhari led to the loss of president Goodluck Jonathan at the elections.

Muazu took to his verified Twitter handle, to mock Fayose with the post, “Fayose: I have evidence that Muazu worked for APC.

We hope it’s not the kind of evidence he once said he had that Buhari was dying?”
This was a reaction to the earlier allegation by Fayose that he (Fayose) do have evidence that Mu’azu betrayed the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and worked for All Progressives Congress, APC during the presidential elections.

The embattled chairman who is under pressure to resign with members of his National Working Committe (NWC)  further noted that he urged the campaign team of Jonathan and members of the PDP to desist from hate campaigns but they fail to heed to his advice which led to the rejection of Jonathan by the Northern electorates.

“You will all recall that the National Chairman warned members of our Presidential Campaign Org to stop the hate campaign. We challenge Governor Fayose to come out with the evidence that shows National Chairman worked for APC during the elections,” he added.

Recall that Fayose has insisted that his call for the dissolution of the Mu’azu-led NWC was in good faith, and in the overall interest of the party while Mu’azu has maintained that he never betray the party or its presidential candidate, Goodluck Jonathan.

Fayose placed front page adverts on some national dailies few weeks to the March 28 presidential elections.
