A Kogi High Court Judge, Justice Samuel Obayomi, was in the early hours of Monday kidnapped by gunmen who also killed his orderly, Corporal Usman Musa, in the attack.
According to his driver, the incident took place in front of Executive Guest Villa at Okene GRA in the Okene Local Government Area of the state. The kidnappers were three unmasked heavily harmed men wearing dark glasses.
The Justice just survived a ghastly car accident and just returned to work after three months in hospital.
