The Code of Conduct Tribunal on Tuesday adjourned trial of former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs Godsday Orubebe, till May 31st for the defence to open its case.
Orubebe is facing a charge of false asset declaration filed against him by the Federal Government. Remember, it was the same Orubebe that caused tantrums during the last Presidential election a year ago.
