Collection of Permanent Voter's Card for the forthcoming general elections comes to an end today March 28.
INEC had earlier extended the collection by two weeks from March 8 to give duly registered voters the last chance to collect their cards.
Elections are to hold in Nigeria on March 28 and April 11
